Sticky Chocolate Pudding

This is a versatile dessert which you can dress up with fruit, ice cream or custard.


Serves: 6

Pre heat Oven to : 180⁰C/ Gas Mark 4

Ingredients

  • 100g Dark Brown Sugar
  • 100g Magarine
  • 75g Plain Flour
  • 1 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 25g Cocoa Powder
  • 100g Fat Free Fromage Frais ( Or thick Yoghurt)
  • 2 Eggs

Ingredients for Topping

  • 2 Tsp Cocoa Powder
  • 2 Tsp Brown Sugar
  • 3 Tsp Boiling Water

Method



1. Lightly grease a loaf tin.

2. Measure out all ingredients and put together in a mixing bowl. Whisk with electric whisk until smooth.

3. Pour into loaf tin and bake for about 30 minutes until firm to the touch.

4. Mix together topping ingredients and pour over pudding.


5. Return to the oven for a further 5 minutes.

To Serve

Can be served either hot or cold. With ice cream, custard, strawberries or healthy Fromage Frais
